NOTE: Although every effort is made to pack the plants well at our end, plants that are in flower when sent are more fragile so we can not be held responsible for any damage caused in transit. The plants are fine but fragile flowers can sometimes get damaged. |

For some countries in the EU Parcelforce charge on volume rather than weight. These are counties that the Euro Priority Business service doesn't cover. As a result it's difficult to quote for these areas but my last Cyprus delivery cost me £140 for 2 'normal' sized boxes that totaled less than 10KG. Other countries like France, Netherlands, Germany etc are much less problematic |

A. Usually within 2 - 5 working days from Monday - Friday, here's a general breakdown |

Sometimes a plant may be hard to find in the greenhouse! If your order seems delayed then please check your orders history to establish the status of the order. 'COMPLETE' then it will also show the tracking number if applicable. If it's marked at 'BACKORDERED' then something is out of stock or I can't find it! I will keep you updated. |
