EUROPE DELIVERY

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE RATES
For smaller parcels we use Royal Mail Airmail and International Signed For and for larger parcels we use Parcelforce Euro Priority Business service (2 - 5 working days) We send these out on a Monday to give the delivery service a chance and try to avoid the weekend
If you pay using PayPal then the order has to go via International Signed For and costs an additional £3.50

We can also offer other postal services depending on your needs. Here's a link to the Royal Mail website showing the various postage methods and prices for international orders. Please use common sence when using this service as very fragile things have a higher chance of getting broken in transit!
MOST OF EUROPE 20KG 24.99 MOSTLY 2 - 4 DAYS Out of flower plants, bulky bark orders, potting kits, feed, large or heavy sundry items. We can also send plants in flower but some areas are not a next day service and this should be taken in to account.
NOTE: Although every effort is made to pack the plants well at our end, plants that are in flower when sent are more fragile so we can not be held responsible for any damage caused in transit. The plants are fine but fragile flowers can sometimes get damaged.
For some countries in the EU Parcelforce charge on volume rather than weight. These are counties that the Euro Priority Business service doesn't cover. As a result it's difficult to quote for these areas but my last Cyprus delivery cost me £140 for 2 'normal' sized boxes that totalled less than 10KG. Other countries like France, Netherlands, Germany etc are much less problematic
UNFORTUNATELY WE ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER FLOWERING PLANTS TO SPAIN, ITALY OR PORTUGAL - IT TAKES TOO LONG!

Q. Will you tell me when my order ships?
A. Yes. The day we send the order we also send you an note to your registered email address. This includes the tracking information if applicable - in NON UK addresses we use GLS - http://www.gls-group.eu/
Q. How long does it take to deliver my plants?
A. Usually within 2 - 5 working days from Monday - Friday, here's a general breakdown
Sometimes a plant may be hard to find in the greenhouse! If your order seems delayed then please check your orders history to establish the status of the order. 'COMPLETE' then it will also show the tracking number if applicable. If it's marked at 'BACKORDERED' then something is out of stock or I can't find it! I will keep you updated.
