Here's a traditional hardwood slatted basket (3 inch) together with moss and a small pack of fine bark for potting if needed. Also included are the hanging wires - approx 18 inches.
These are great for species that flower downward like Dendrobium, Dracula, Podangis etc and can make great specimens out of many of the smaller growing species.
A well planted and grown basket with a small growing species all over it in full bloom is well worth waiting for!
Translucent (semi clear) plastic Phalaenopsis pots 12cm (4?"). These are super for growing Phalaenopsis in as you can see when the compost/bark needs watering. Being translucent allows light to pass through enabling photosynthesis for algea to take place on the root surface, this apparently aids in water and nutrient uptake from the spongy root surface.
PACK OF 10
Translucent (almost clear) plastic Phalaenopsis pots 15cm (5.5"). These are super for growing larger Phalaenopsis in as you can see when the compost/bark needs watering. Being translucent allows light to pass through enabling photosynthesis for algea to take place on the root surface, this apparently aids in water and nutrient uptake from the spongy root surface.
PACK OF 10

Traditional hardwood slat baskets for growing epiphytic orchids in like Vanda and many species. These are approximately 4 inches square and 2.5 inches deep, they are recycled so may show signs of light use but have years of life in them yet
We would like to thank you for your continued support throughout the year.
We are now closing for the winter (most things are sold out and the rest are too tropical for sending out) and will re open in the spring. Although we wont be getting more plants in until spring we can still send out sundries.
