ODONTOGLOSSUM

Another diverse group of plants. These have flattened and oval shaped pseudobulbs (like small turnips) with 5 - 7 sword shaped leaves up to 18 inches long. The flowering spike emerges from the base of the last ripened pseudobulb. Usually every 9 months (ish) and come in a dazzling aray of colours, sizes and forms. Very easy plants

Winter minimum temperature 50F/10C
